DELL in an interesting situation.

DELL has been the Victime of a Death cross
since August 2005
It Tested Support at 28,5 several times since then.

The situations between the lines :

1) Trying to Recover from a Death Cross Attempt nr 1

2) Failed its first recovery attempt and tested support again.

3) Trying to Recover from a Death Cross Attempt nr 2

4) Failed its Second Recovery attempt and tested Support again.

5) And Just Yesterday it started its Third attempt !
Will it Succeed this time ? High Probability in my humble opinion.

AND : DELL has a high safety margin because its Value is well above
its current Value

SO : this looks like being a Good Buy Both Technical as Fundamental!
